You are required to provide evidence of vaccination and/or serology (blood tests) for a number of conditions.
The evidence required varies depending on the disease for which resistance is being proven. Usually evidence of vaccination or serology is required, however in some circumstances it is both, or something entirely different. Please be sure to visit each page for the following conditions in order to ensure you are following the correct process:
- Diptheria, Tetanus, & Pertussis (Whooping cough)
- Measles, Mumps and Rubella
- Varicella (Chicken pox)
- Hepatitis B
- Tuberculosis (TB)
- Seasonal influenza (Flu)
